In Birthmark, Lieutenant Daniel returns home six months after being abducted in a war zone, only to find his pregnant wife, Jennifer, facing health issues. Determined to provide her with the best care, he takes her to a natural birthing village. However, their joy is short-lived as they uncover a looming threat targeting their unborn baby.

Vneesh FX contributed to the film by creating two hyper-realistic silicone prosthetic pregnant bellies representing 7-month and 9-month stages, along with a lifelike silicone baby. These detailed prosthetics brought authenticity to the story, capturing the nuances of pregnancy and newborn realism for impactful on-screen moments.
