I am Vineesh Vijayan, a passionate sculptor and prosthetic makeup artist with a rich background in creating hyper-realistic sculptures and innovative makeup effects. My journey began with a diploma in filmmaking from SAE Media College, followed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the Govt Fine Arts College in Egmore, Chennai. With a career spanning over a decade, I have dedicated myself to the art of sculpting and special effects makeup, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity.

My Sculpting Journey
Sculpting has been a lifelong passion, beginning when I was just 10 years old. Early on, I discovered my love for creating art through my hands, and by the age of 12, I had already completed my first commissioned work. This early success laid the foundation for my future in sculpture, and by the age of 17, I held my first solo exhibition, showcasing my evolving skills and dedication to the craft.
I specialize in portrait sculptures, capturing the essence of my subjects through intricate detailing and lifelike representations. My work spans various mediums, with a particular focus on bronze sculptures. Notable projects include the ANR centenary statue and Dr. V L Dutt's bronze sculpture, both of which have been exhibited at prestigious venues.
In addition to commissioned works, I have developed a signature collection, including the Krishna series in bronze. These sculptures highlight my ability to blend traditional themes with contemporary techniques, combining cultural significance with modern artistry.
